Welcome to FounderHelpTop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at FounderHelpTop.top and the professional help we offer to entrepreneurs. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

FounderHelpTop provides three types of offerings to entrepreneurs: professional services, information products, and goods. Each category is subject to specific conditions as detailed below.

2. Professional Services

Our professional services include consulting, coaching, document preparation, and registration assistance. You may schedule services through our site or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling is available if you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued. For cancellations with proper notice, we will reimburse your payment in full within 14 business days.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, courses, and templates delivered electronically. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Form. We will process approved requests within 14 business days.

4. Goods

Physical goods offered on our site may be sent back for a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unused and in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to send items back to:

We will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the items you sent back.

5. Refund Policy

• Reimbursements: All approved reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Reimbursement requests are reviewed and completed within 14 business days of approval.
• No-Reimbursement Services: Certain bespoke consulting packages and legal document drafts are expressly non-refundable. These services require considerable preparation and resource allocation. Accordingly, once purchased, these services cannot be reimbursed.
• Rescheduling: For most services, you may reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before the start time.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services and to comply with all applicable laws. You shall not misuse our site or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderHelpTop and its providers are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Singapore.
